The following Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the services provided by LunarSources.com.

You should read the product information page and these Terms and Conditions in full prior to bidding for an item. By bidding for an item, you are deemed to accept the statements in the auction page and these Terms and Conditions.

LunarSources.com is not liable for any third party other than the Bidder, regardless of whether the Bidder is liable for third party.

Circumstances and services are constantly changing and developing. As a result, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the Terms and Conditions without notice and we will not be liable for any loss resulting in such changes. You should visit our Terms & Conditions page to find out about changes. If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms and Conditions, you may decide to cease purchasing from us in the future.

The content of these Terms and Conditions is for personal use only. Any other form of use of these Terms and Conditions is strictly prohibited.

1. Definitions

The following words will have specific meanings in these Terms and Conditions:

- 'we', 'us', 'our', 'LunarSources', 'LunarSources.com' : These terms may be interchangeable in this document. They all mean LunarSources.com.

- 'you', 'your' : The person who agrees to these Terms and Conditions and bids or has bid for items from LunarSources.com.

- "item" : The item which is sold by LunarSources.com. 

- "contract" : The contract between LunarSources.com and the Bidder that incorporates these Terms and Conditions. Unless stated otherwise, the Contract shall be constructed by the auction page. Notification and confirmation comes from LunarSources.com.

2. Placing order

Please make sure that you have read the auction page in full before placing an order with LunarSources.com.

The Buyer shall be liable for any delay, loss or other dispute caused by having not completely understood the auction page and all the documents involved in the transaction.

Such disputes may occur in, but are not limited to, the following situations:

If the Buyer fails to confirm a shipping address in time.

If the Buyer fails to cooperate when making a payment. 

LunarSources.com reserves the right to reject the Buyer's order based on internal policies.

3. Delivery

Any date given by LunarSources for the delivery of an item is intended to be an estimate only. If no date is specified for the delivery of an item, it is safe to assume that deliveries are completed within a reasonable time.

Shipping insurance never covers indirect loss, such as loss caused by delay in delivery.

Any delay in delivery does not entitle the Buyer to terminate or rescind the Contract unless the delay exceeds 30 days.

4. Warranty

LunarSources warrants their items to be of satisfactory quality.

Only items covered by a warranty appointed by the Contract are liable for claims.

If the Buyer wants to make a claim under the warranty, the Buyer must give written notice to LunarSources.com within 7 days of discovering the defect and they must also give LunarSources.com reasonable time to inspect the item(s).

LunarSources.com shall not be liable for any breach of warranty in the case of:

The Buyer failing to give such notice within 7 days of discovering the defect;

The Buyer failing to give such notice before sending back the item;

The Buyer continuing to use or alter the item after giving such notice;

The Buyer repairing the item without consent from LunarSources.com.

LunarSources.com will not pay for the return shipping for warranty goods. The liability of LunarSources.com under the warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the item, or the refund which will not exceed the original sales price of the item.

5. Return Unsatisfied Products

If you are not happy for any reason with your purchase, then just return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange. If the return is not a result of our error, customers will be required to cover shipping cost both ways. And please make sure the items you send back to us is in the original packaging, and the merchandise is in the same condition.

6. Losses and Limitation of Liability

The liability of LunarSources.com in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of the item delivered under these Terms and Conditions. LunarSources.com shall under no circumstances be liable to the Buyer for any consequential, indirect or economic loss or damages.

LunarSources.com will take responsibility for losses, providing that it was us who were in breach of these conditions. If losses were reasonably foreseeable to both the Buyer and to us when the Buyer began using LunarSources.com, or a Contract for the sale of items was formed by us in such an instance, then we will assume responsibility.

We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that were not reasonably foreseeable to both the Buyer and us when the Buyer began using LunarSources.com.

7. Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations stated here, if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

If either party is subject to an event of Force Majeure, that is, circumstance outside reasonable control, including, but not limited to, war, fire, industrial disputes or civil commotion, the unaffected party must be notified. First party obligations in such cases will be suspended until notification that such event of Force Majeure has ended.

8. Customs

When ordering goods from LunarSources, overseas deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation.

When shipping to some countries, we may choose to add the estimated Import Tax and Duty of the destination country to the customer invoice. If the customer's invoice includes an Import Tax & Duty payment, the customer will not be responsible for paying that Tax and Duty again when the products are imported. The actual amount of import Tax and Duty applied to goods will be paid by LunarSources's international carriers' accounts. If the customer's invoice includes an Import Tax & Duty payment, LunarSources will also pay the shipping company's customs clearance fee. The estimated Import Tax & Duty charge added to customer invoice is an estimation using openly available customs information. Although it represents the closest match to actual Import Tax & Duty charged by the customs of the destination country, there may be a difference between the actual and estimated Import Tax and Duty charge, due to changing custom regulations, base currency exchange rate flotation and other forces. If the actual Import Tax and Duty charged by customs is lower than the estimated Import Tax and Duty, LunarSources will not refund the difference. If the actual Import Tax & Duty charged is higher than the estimated cost, LunarSources will cover that difference without further cost to the customer. Please note, if Import Tax and Duty is added to a customer's invoice, it only covers payment of Import Tax, Duty and the shipping company's Customs Clearance Fee. Different customs policies around the world, may apply other additional customs costs or clearance costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs officer for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from LunarSources, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. You should make the customs clearance by yourself if needed once the goods reached customs of your country.

9. Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be void or unenforceable by any Court of competent jurisdiction, such part shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions. They will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to P.P.China Law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the P.P.China Courts.
